THE APE HANGER
One of the most recognizable obstacles on the race course, the rope climb strikes fear into some athletes and adrenaline into others.

Conquer it by climbing the 16' rope and ringing the bell with your hand (no feet).

Not sure how to start? Just remember the alphabet. J-hook, S-hook, jump start or arms only, find your way to the top or you'll be stuck in the burpee zone.
TRACK YOUR PERFORMANCE
TRACK YOUR PERFORMANCE
Thanks to the Obstacle Completion Log, tracking the results of your obstacles is easier than ever.

Following the race, simply sign into your Spartan account, mark the results of each obstacle with a completed or failed, and see how you stacked up against the field.

Use this feature to better prepare for specific obstacles, boost your training, and gain confidence for the next race.
