Rhumbar Remodel Revels in Rotary After a complete remodel, Rhumbar Tropical Ultra Lounge has reopened at The Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas. With the vibe of a modern speakeasy that features retro styling and a sunny color palette, Rhumbar offers an array of delicious dishes and captivating cocktails. The cheerful indoor/outdoor space is surrounded by a 360 degree installation of over 1,000 Rotary White Breeze Blocks by Tesselle. Scroll down to see more images and a list of the design and construction professionals that brought this space to life. Beautifully illuminated breeze blocks add to the nighttime ambiance. Indoors, breeze blocks serve as a backdrop to the lounge seating Rhumbar. After a walk-up along an extended breeze block wall, guests enter Rhumbar through a pair of cheerful, bright yellow doors.  Rhumbar Tropical Ultra Lounge is located on the south corner of the The Mirage Hotel and is just a few steps from Las Vegas Boulevard, in the heart of The Strip.
