A mid-month reset.

Most February resolutions fade by now. Mindfulness isn't about adding to your to-do list, it's about changing how you move through it.

Here are three ways to stay centered this week:
  1. Single-Tasking: Pick one habit today. Drinking coffee or walking to your car, and give it 100% of your focus. No scrolling, no background noise.

  2. The 4-7-8 Reset: Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7, and exhale for 8. It manually "hacks" your nervous system into a state of calm.

  3. The 15-Minute Unplug: Leave your phone in another room for 15 minutes. Reclaim your thoughts from the reactive "pull" of notifications.
