Nearly halfway, but just getting started

Crush The Week
You're nearly halfway through Project 300, and that matters. Why? The work you've put in over the past three months has already changed you, whether you've really started to feel it or not. Your tolerance for discomfort is higher, but workouts you used to suffer through are now part of your weekly routine. This isn't potential anymore – it's proof.

Before diving into the Week 13 workouts, take a second to recognize what you've built so far. Consistency isn't common. If it were easy, everyone would be here, and they're not. But YOU are. And because of that, your baseline of "comfort" has shifted. The harder you work, the easier the "work" will feel. Now go do the work.

Momentum looks good on you.
