Bill started this company at his kitchen table in 1989.
Since then, more than 2,200,000 people have put on headphones, listened and enjoyed the brain-enhancing benefits of meditation.
And after so many years and so many stories, what Bill, Marc and I have learned about the brain comes down to one idea.
Most of us don't need more ways to cope.
We need a higher threshold for stress.
You see, everyone has a limit for how much stress they can carry before their nervous system tips over. Go past that line and your brain reaches for the quickest relief: the snapping, the scrolling, the late-night snacking and over-indulging.
That isn't a flaw in you. It's a brain that's desperate for relief.
Breathing apps and calming videos have their place. But they help once you're already over the line, and your threshold stays right where it was.
Our Holosync technology works differently.
While it guides you into deep meditation, it also nudges your brain to stretch a little past what it's used to, the way a heavier weight strengthens a muscle. Over time, the threshold line itself rises.
I like to think of a woman I've known for over twenty years, who one day told me she had decided to train for a marathon. Her first practice mile nearly made her quit. But a few months later, that same mile was her warm-up.
The route didn't change. She did.
That's what I want your days to feel like, . The same daily stressors that come with our modern world... but a steadier you moving through it.
And your first mile is gentler than you'd think. Thanks to Holosync, there are no confusing techniques to learn or mantras to memorize.
You simply put on headphones, close your eyes and let our Holosync-powered Awakening Prologue do the work.
