,
For those of us in the US, the clocks fell back an hour this weekend.
Sixty minutes handed back to us. Most of us spent them sleeping in.
But it reminded me of a woman who turned the clock back 22 years.
In 1981, Harvard psychologist Dr. Ellen Langer brought eight men in their 70s to a house made to look like 1959. A vintage radio. Old magazines. No mirrors. For five days, they lived as if they were two decades younger.
By the end of the week, they stood straighter. Their grip was stronger. They moved more easily and had more energy. When Dr. Langer came to pick them up, some of them were playing touch football on the lawn.
It’s known as the Counterclockwise study. And it showed something I've always felt: how old we feel isn't decided by the calendar alone.
You can't rebuild 1959 around you. But you can change the environment inside you.
That's exactly what the Ageless Vitality Suite was made to do.
