Here's what the stoics understood, that most people miss

A few years ago, I was in a dark place. On paper, everything looked great. The company was growing. The books were selling. But internally, I noticed a pattern I didn't like. Not anxiety. More like… mental noise. That's when I discovered something that changed everything. I started studying the ancient Stoics — Marcus Aurelius, Epictetus, and Seneca. These were emperors and philosophers who faced wars, exile, and death... yet remained in a state of profound peace. They had a word for it: Ataraxia (meaning untroubledness), a state of being so grounded and centred that external circumstances simply couldn't disturb your inner calm. I realised: This is what I'd been missing. A better state of being. So I started building a practice around what I call the 7 Sacred States: Seven doorways to becoming, as I like to say, "unfuckwithable." | Here's what I've learned: | When you operate from Knowingness, you stop second-guessing yourself. Decisions become clear. When you embody Faith, you stop white-knuckling life. You trust the process. When you access deep Stillness, chaos around you stops being contagious. You become the eye of the storm. When you practice Non-Attachment, rejection and setbacks lose their sting. You become antifragile. And so much more I have to share with you. | |
| Here's what we'll do together | Starting this week Dec 18, Thu: I'll guide you through a 7-day journey — one state per day. | - A short teaching on the state and why it matters
- A guided meditation to help you embody it
- A simple practice to integrate it into your day
| By Christmas Eve, you'll have a complete toolkit for entering 2026 as your highest self, not hoping for change, but being the change. Over 8,000 people have already signed up. I'd love you to be one of them. See you on the inside, Vishen P.S.: I'm also going to share something special on Day 7. It's a practice I've never taught publicly before, the missing piece that ties all 7 states together. You won't want to miss it.
