The Ultimate Plan for Lent | Failing to plan is planning to fail. The same statement holds true for Lent.
We have both had our failed experiences of Lent.
However, we have both learned it does not have to be this way, and it does not have to be complicated.
If you do not understand the purpose of Lent. The reason why we pray, fast, and give alms. Then your spiritual practices and abstinence will be in vain.
Today, we discuss the reason why Lent exists. Not as some historically significant event. Not as some made-up season within the liturgical year. But as a real opportunity to change. To know Christ and to become like Christ.
Join us as we go into this all, as well as lay out a simple 3-step action plan to make this a meaningful and successful Lent.
In Christ, John
