,
It's World Mental Health Day.
You'll hear one message everywhere this weekend, and it's a good one. Reach out. Say it out loud. Tell someone how you're really doing.
I believe in that with my whole heart. If you have someone you can talk to, whether it's a partner, a sister or a group that meets on Tuesday nights, hold on to them.
But there's a piece of this conversation I rarely hear.
Some of the pain we carry was ingrained in us before we had words for it.
A sense of not being enough that showed up at six years old. A tightness in the chest that started in a house where nobody felt safe. The longing for acceptance that was never given without strings attached.
They weren't stored as stories. They were stored in the nervous system, in circuits of the brain that formed long before you were aware of them.
That's why you can understand your past pain completely… but still feel it flare up. Insight lives in one part of you. The wound lives somewhere deeper.
I can’t think of a better time to help you reach that deeper place.
That’s why we created the Four Wounds Suite. This potent neuro-audio collection features four Holosync sessions, one for each of the core emotional wounds: shame, fear, anger and abandonment.
