Last week was a chance to focus on recovering. Moving slower and more intentionally. Building your mobility. This week will be a test of whether you used Week 16 to your advantage, or you still haven’t learned to silence your ego and trust the process.
If you handled Week 16 the right way – reduced your mileage, respected the lower volume, and kept your discipline sharp, even if it felt unnatural this far into the program – then you should feel the difference right now. Your legs should feel lighter and springy, ready to tackle untreaded mileage. Your resting heart rate should feel steady. Above all, your confidence should be higher.
Now, we’re ramping up the mileage and doubling down on strength and conditioning. With just over 10 weeks left in the program, there is no time to waste. This program rewards discipline – it’s in the DNA of the Spartan ethos – and if you stick with the plan, you’ll keep climbing. |

The standard is getting higher Don’t believe us? Scroll through the #Project300 tag on Instagram and you’ll see it for yourself: real athletes with ever-increasing energy and confidence – despite consistently giving 110% – who are moving more efficiently, recovering faster, and powering through workouts that used to feel agonizing.
That’s how 16 full weeks of commitment manifests. Don’t you want it, too? |

The blueprint is there for a reason Every workout from day one through this week is archived and waiting for you to take the next step forward on Spartan Edge.
It’s time to keep building. Don’t get left behind. |
