A new comer was attending the service at the church for the first time and the sermon seemed to go on forever, and many in the congregation actually fell asleep. After the service, to be social, she walked up to a very sleepy looking gentleman, extended her hand in greeting, and said, "Hello, I'm Gladys Dunn."
The man replied, "You're not the only one ma'am. I'm glad it's done too!!!"

A recent study shows that America is the most sleep-deprived nation. Perhaps due to our strict work ethics and busy lives, many Americans have been treating sleep as if it were an option. The study also found that pessimism, crankiness, and overall stress is linked to a lack of sleep.
To stay healthy and combat stress, make sure to schedule in a good amount of sleep as priority.
